There were some misunderstandings in office with insurance acceptance. Front desk office staff told us we were not covered in network upon arrival to appointment although we got verified prior. They did not scan the insurance card in office. Advocate billing department as well as insurance rep confirmed we are covered in network.

This was our first visit to this location and I was pleased. Loved the TV with cartoons in the waiting room for kids. We were seen very quickly and had little to no waiting. We will definitely be coming back!
