Dr. Shaikh is an amazing Dr. I enjoy how he cares about my diabetes and health goals

This visit was scheduled as a last-minute effort to provide information that had been requested prior due to the Aurora group effort which failed to obtain a PA for a scheduled injection. I was fine with speaking to Dr. Shaikh, however it should never have been necessary since my injection had been scheduled well enough in advance of an orthopedic surgery. While I appreciate his attempt to make things better, I would prefer that the entire Aurora organization spend more time at making the health care process run more smoothly in areas such as prior authorizations, ability to contact local providers without speaking to someone who has no idea who or where the doctor/provider is located, lack of communication related to test results (some providers). Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've been extremely disappointed by the service and lack of concern by an Aurora provider and am sure that it will not be the last.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. Very thorough and informative. Any questions I thought to ask in discussion be covered before I even asked. Left the office feeling very confident in our plan of care and what steps we were taking to get there.

I hope he stays here and doesn't leave. He is a very good doctor! Don't let him get away. We need him with his expertise. Also he is very good so you understand things. We need to keep Dr. Shaikh to stay here. Also we need more doctors, especially like him.

Everyone in his office were so friendly and kind. The provider is extremely knowledgeable for what O was there for. It was a pleasure to be there.
