I was low key terrified to get my thyroid biopsy as it involved needles being inserted into my neck multiple times. But Dr. Shastri was gentle and reassuring as he made each needle stick. He said things like, "You're doing great job," and that encouraged my stoicism because I can't stand discomfort or pain. I held it together due to Dr. Shastri's approach.

Doctor was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Ordered blood tests while here. Only issue was 30 minutes late in seeing him. My appt was 815. He came in 845 ish. If emergency could have mentioned. Overall very nice.

With me being the first appointment of the they are always late. Year after year.
