Why have me come 15 minutes early and sit when the provider runs late. I had several reminders to do pre check when I already did it. Also sent paper medical form to complete and bring with but then requested to do on line.

Needed to be seen unexpectedly and she fit me into her schedule. Definitely appreciated that and resolved my vertigo issues.
