I had a good experience. But you need to go back to the old phone system! Was very upset about the New Phone system. I was talking with someone in a different state it took over a day to find out about my situation if you don't I will be finding a different provider along with my family and friends they were all also very upset with your new phone system.

The phone system is atrocious. Why am I not talking to my clinic when I call for an appointment. It is beyond ridiculous that I have to be on hold for 20 minutes to speak with someone just to make an appointment, and then they don't even know what clinic I am calling. Local phone calls need to stay local, not get bounced all over the country to folks who don't have any idea what doctors even work at my clinic. This is a complete waste of my valuable time. I don't have all day to sit on the phone making an appointment for a routine physical. God forbid I need immediate attention some day.

I was glad to have this chance to talk with my provider and get some questions cleared up.

Betty listened to all of my concerns. I felt she was very thorough and I never felt rushed. She ordered blood work to rule out symptoms. Blood work was normal and will follow up with her in spring regarding extreme fatigue that has lingered since having COVID. Very satisfied with my visit and her concern for my well being
