The doctor was very patient with us and our questions during this, our first visit with her.

Everybody was very pleasant from the gentleman that was at the counter to the three ladies that were in while I had the minor surgery finished very kind humane people

Everyone I saw was so pleasant and willing to help and address any concerns I had.

There is 2 things that I disliked about my experience at the doctor's office. One is that I hated to be there to discuss removing a cyst as it is, but for a couple of receptionists at the desk to just treat me like I inconvenienced their conversation is ridiculous. I didn't want to be there in the first place and for them to have an attitude toward me. Also, another thing is that I had to pay $70 for a consultation. That money should be going toward the surgery that I will be having next month to remove the cyst.

Dr. Appel was wonderful and her staff was wonderful.
