She was very professional and took the time to really listen to my concerns.

She was wonderful!

Beth was excellent and very friendly and knowledgeable. For someone who has never seen me as a patient before she was familiar with my most recent medical history and was an excellent listener as I explained my current issues.

I very much enjoy this provider and her personality. She explained everything well and make sure I understood the purpose for my visit. However, the front desk person was rude and demanding and wanted me to pay the co-pay right then and there and even made a comment of "We'll let it go this time but next time, we need to collect payment right away". Her attitude was very demanding. I have been to several other Aurora clinics (Germantown North, Germantown South, Menomonee Falls, etc.) who have no trouble with me asking to be billed and not paying my co-pay at my visit. And those sites ask, "Would you like to be billed or pay for your co-pay?" Very kind and asking questions; not demanding money. I had an issue once where I got billed for my co-pay after paying for it at the clinic (and couldn't find the receipt) so I always require a paper bill before paying for it now. If this front desk person demands I pay the co-pay at my next visit, I will deliberately leave payment at home and ask for a supervisor or manager. If this front desk person would have been my first impression of Aurora, I'm not sure I continue to see providers at Aurora because of how I was talked to.
