Dr. Keefe never makes me feel rushed. She listens carefully and takes my goals and perspective into account. I am treated in a timely manner and provided with needed guidance when requested. She is very personable and caring.

The team was very unprofessional and my daughter felt very uncomfortable especially when they gave her shots and didn't say anything to her. I was not in the room at this time but she did share this with me. The doctor was great but no one else seemed to have any professional common customer service skills or communication.
