Doctor Leung is very very nice and takes her time with the patient I never feel rushed.
All personnel were friendly and informative. My doctor, Belinda Leung, was very caring, sensitive, thoughtful and respectful. This was my first visit with her, and she exhibited thorough knowledge of my medical history. She took the time to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable with various procedures. She was wonderful!
I always love my visits with Dr. Leung! She is calm, kind and understanding.
I asked the individual at the front desk if I needed to leave a urine sample before I went to the bathroom and she said no, but then called me back and said I did. One of the women, blonde woman, at the front desk is always very kind and courteous and has even double checked when questions like that come up. However this individual is usually short and not very friendly. It's unfortunate as I am to the point where I visit the office once a week and confirmed with my doctor it would be needed every in appointment going forward, so this will be avoided. It would be nice if the front desk individuals were all as nice as the blonde front desk woman.
Professional advice and information.
Overall I am not happy with how AAH OB system is setup. My care would be much better if I got to see one specific provider with the NP/ PA. Seen different providers has caused me more harm than good during this pregnancy. I feel like non of the providers I saw really knew my pregnancy progress or medical history. The only thing that happened during each visit is they would check my weight and BP. No one ever truly answered my questions. From when I was 30 weeks till 38 weeks. All they said is we have to wait until you are 38 weeks for the ultrasound and to see what to do next. At 38 weeks the ultrasound is not as clear so most things were guesstimate. And because my glucose was normal they said they were not planning to do anything different. So I wasted my time doing an ultrasound that will cost me money. Only to find out that thou will not change my delivery date or how the delivery will go. If I had one provider they would know steps to do early enough in the pregnancy so that I don't have to wait until 38 weeks to try and make my own decision on what to happen next. I don't think it's good patient care for patient to see a pool of providers different providers every visit for 9 months and no one tells the patient the accurate information. As a patient I am very frustrated. And I feel like I did not get the best prenatal care overall. I am not pointing fingers at one specific provider. I just think the overall patient care setup isn't the best for patients.
Dr. Belinda Leung is amazing.
Dr. Leung was very knowledgeable of my current health and pregnancy. She was able to provide all the answers to my questions and concerns. She also comforted me letting me know the pros and cons of certain procedures and provided very detailed information on any possibilities that may occur. She was very comforting and made me feel more at ease.
Dr Leung is amazing. She is kind and caring. I would recommend her without question.
