Wonderful Experience

Dr Leung is so kind, professional and knowledgeable. I would never go anywhere else!

I came in at 9:40am, check in time was 9:45am. Receptionist did not confirm my DOB, my insurance nor my phone number. She couldn't even find me on the schedule and my appt time was 10am. I went on my LiveWell app and clicked "I'm here", that's when she finally confirmed she now saw my appointment. I waited 20-25 minutes to be taken back. MA told Dr I was late, in which I was not, which I did let the Dr know when she entered the exam room. Dr did apologize. The only reason it took long for check in was because the receptionist had to enter my second insurance in my chart. I don't appreciate being told I'm late when I wasn't and it was the receptionist with the improper check in protocol.

I am doing well after visit with Dr. Leung. She is seeing me in two week follow up. Thank you!!!

This was my first appointment after leaving ProHealthcare and it was amazing! She was kind and answered all of my questions. My previous Dr had me crying after every appointment so this was an amazing and welcome change after 7 years!
