I am a new patient. I was looking for a new primary care provider. I am very pleased with the office workers, the medical team, and Dr . Desai.
Several staff members seemed to not know what was going on. They did not know what I was there for, despite me having made several phone calls to clarify the details of my appointment, I was called the wrong name by both the nurse and doctor because my first name was "too hard to pronounce" , though in fairness to the doctor she thanked me for correcting her and used my first name from then on. Felt talked down to by most everyone I saw, overall not a great experience.
