I found the physician, his staff, and the hospital staff to be professionals in to their work, friendly, and understanding in their approach to be and my condition. They gave me the answers I needed in a way that I could relate to their examples. I have complete confidence in their ability.

I've never felt more comfortable and had some actually be concerned about me my health my long term situation before.

On a positive note, it is reassuring to have the pacemaker functions thoroughly checked on a routine basis. The interaction of the pacemaker's reports to the data sources and the medical team has been most beneficial with communicating the heart issues that occur. On a note of concern however, I have to question what is the correct approach of communication when a need arises for help when being in the middle of a cardiac event. I also am posed with concerns of a successful surgical ablation procedure done, when other professional associates from the office have indicated that ablation procedures may have to be done multiple times (no thank you on that...). I am certainly willing to take a positive and corrective approach to maintain my health as long as I can. Please know that you have my utmost respect for your services and expertise.

Dr. Saour is an expert in his field and I trust his opinion and decision making implicitly. He listens and we corroborate in my plan of Care.
