Dr. Saour is such a pleasant addition to the practice. He is intelligent, gifted and a genuinely nice person. His staff is friendly, courteous and professional as well. I can't say enough good things about all of them.

When it came time for me to pay the co pay. There seem to be some confusion about how I should pay the co pay. I already have a payment plan already set up. It seem as if the only way for me to pay the co pay is to add the balance of the co pay to the payment plan. I didn't want to do this. I'm not very happy about the change in policy. No personal checks or cash. Just credit card / debit card. Because of the change in policy. I'm thinking about changing health care provider. Signed. A very displeased customer.

It would be most helpful for a doctor to show and explain what is being discussed, such as what they are seeing on an ECG graph that is determining their diagnosis. Just a quick comparison of what is a normal reading, and was is not, would give a patient a better understanding of what is going on.

Dr. Saour was very I for about my condition, the success of the surgery and what to still be concerned about. So lucky to have him as my doctor.
