Dr. Gracz is a great physician. She is easy to talk with and I trust her. She is thorough and always listens and gives me time to ask any questions or discuss any concerns. I definitely recommend her to others. I have had some not so great doctors in the past so I really appreciate having Dr. Gracz.
I was escorted into an exam room promptly on arrival. However, I sat there for 15 to 20 minutes waiting for the doctor. It's so irritating! Don't schedule so many appointments so close together! Our time is valuable also. Besides being ignored. This is the second time this has happened.
