I was upset when I was told to call the office when I arrived which I did and at that point I understood why. My problem was when I was told when I called to say I had arrived and that someone would call me when I could enter. I got the call but that person asked me what my symptoms were and I told her I had already told someone earlier why but I went ahead and told her my symptoms. Then she started asking me about my medications one by one and I told her I did the Live Well app with all of that about two hours ago and she said I had to go through the whole list again. Why when I already did this and was told I was approved had to do this when I was feeling so sick. So after doing all of that then I was told to come in. I feel that this was not necessary.

I am sO happy I kept my appointment. Bailey gave me lots of important information about Covid, the treatment and prevention.
