Your office is EXTREMELY hard to get a hold of. I have waited on hold for 40 min. trying to get through. When I did reach someone, it took weeks for someone to call me back and schedule the f/u appointment. This is not acceptable. Dr. Haddadian and your nurses are excellent once we finally get in touch with you, but can't you hire another receptionist if you are this busy?

They treated me very well and answered all the questions I had and I was satisfied with the consultation.
