My Doctor Ms Omerovic, Is very thorough and just a pleasure to have as a physician..

she doesn't rush you she listens to you and that's why she's been my doctor for over 25 yrs

She takes the necessary time to deal with her patients and treat them like people and not just numbers. I think that's why she's usually running behind.

Delay and wait time to see pcp. 90 minutes after scheduled time.

I arrived at 10:45am And was told my Dr. Was not in and that I would see Dr. A, I stick. I was told I will be seen at 11:40 am. At 1145 I was told that the Dr was 2hr behind so I will get seen in 2 hr. At 2:25 I went to the front desk to let them know it's been past 2hr when will I get seen. The lady at the desk went back to ask they told her I was next. My name was finally called at 3:30 pm to see the doctor. I left the office around 4 pm. I've been waiting for 6hr and was told if I leave I would lose my spot, This is unacceptable

Dr O is quite thorough and very patient. Because of the care she provides each patient, I have no problem waiting a bit longer to see her.

This is not my regular doctor. My primary Dr. was booked. She was great!! .

I had a very thorough and complete examination, my medical history was discussed in detail, as well as any current symptoms that I have. The doctor was so concerned, I felt relieved, knowing that everything was looked into.

Have been coming to Advocate for a long time, all providers and staff has always been nice ,I've never had any problems
