I had an appointment for 11:40am. I arrived in the office at 11:10. I waited for 31/2 hours. After being called back to see doctor,I still waited another 45 minutes. This is a continued problem. When ever i go to see doctor I'm there all day. Terrible.

The unessary wait time was ridiculous. Waited 2 hours before being called to the doctors office plus an additional 1 in the office before seeing the doctor.

She is a excellent doctor,sometimes she runs behind but that okay because she's not going to rush me through my visit

I've been a patient for over 20 years. I'm very happy with the services I received.

Dr. Omerovic is an excellent physician. But the wait time to see her is outrageous. My appointment was for 1 pm. I arrived at 12:45 pm. I didn't get to see her until 4 pm. It is outrageous to make a patient wait over 3 hours for a scheduled appointment. This is my only complaint and this should be corrected.

I just love the professionalism and knowledge of my primary care provider.

Even though the wait time was long I understand, because she takes her time and doesn't rush me out. She pays attention to what I say and when I leave I don't feel like she was in a hurry and didn't really hear everything I said.

I'm always confident that I will get the best care when I visit my doctor. Dr. Omerovic is very efficient.
