Both my husband & I see Dr. Gundelly. She is very knowledgeable & personable. She always answers my questions & I feel like we are a team working to keep me & my husband healthy. I have recommended her to others. My cousin started seeing her too.

The process to schedule a blood test that was ordered was ridiculous. Obviously, the process has recently changed as the scheduler had no idea the location I was inquiring about. I called the general number that I have in the past. This simple task took me over 20 minutes, not counting the first attempt when I was disconnected. Please review this process.
