Dr Ashwini Gundelly is an excellent doctor who sincerely cares about my health and well-being. She also is very understanding about my situation and hardships, and makes me feel very comfortable discussing any problems I have. She and her assistant/s go above and beyond to ensure my needs are taken care of, even if it means they have to stay back longer in the clinic. I love my visits with them and recommend Dr Gundelly to anyone looking for a kind, caring and pleasant doctor!
For a 10am scheduled appt., I don't understand how they could be running 30 min. late. I did not understand what the purpose of me being required to come to the office when all that happened was a "good" report of my recent labs. This could have been done via a phone call. Lets see...$25 office visit, and missing 1-1/2 hours of wages made me upset. This has happened in the past as well. Makes no sense and is not a benefit for me.
