Redundancy! I filled out pre-registration form and wellness questionnaire online and yet the nurse(?) wanted to go over them in the office. When going to the live well app my IN OFFICE visit is listed as a PHONE visit (?) I didn't receive the printed after-visit papers I usually got and cannot seem to access them in the live well app either.

I was totally pleased that I was able to see Dr. Gundelly so quickly! Her nurse contacted me five minutes after I sent a message through LiveWell and then got me that morning!

I love Dr Gundelly & her nurses. I always feel like I can tell them what's going on in my life &;they really listen.
