Good doctor overall knowing of one's disabilities

Everything went well as usual.

My provider is fine. What I don't really understand is why when I go to my primary doctor I can't tell them what is going on or ask too many questions, cause i may get billed for a second appointment. The point to preventative care checks is to try and catch things early not wait till it is too late. Seems like Advocate is starting to look out for how to bill more, than being worried about the patient's health.
