There seems in your mri department at highland. I received a message I need to pay $42.00 for my coming appt. as insurance co-pay. I have medicare (primary) and Blue Cross Blue Shield (supplemental). Have your Billing department check my insurance coverage before Sending me a billing message. This is aggravating.

It is difficult to get a response from the Doctor since the messages given to the staff do not seem to be relayed to him. I asked and Emailed a request for a referral and got no response. I had to request a urine sample and did not get an explanation of what a high protein score means. I was told by the staff to go see a urologist and the above was the result. I had an additional problem with getting a prescription filled. the Doctor approved it but the druggist said it was canceled for what reason I'm still not sure. He said the problem was on their end. It took a number of calls to get it corrected. I feel that the Doctor is competent but in my 40 years of using this practice i have never experienced such a disconnect and disfunction.

This was my first appointment with Dr Kumar. I found him to be easy to talk with and knowledgeable about my health situation. I'm happy he will be my primary care physician.

Though I was a first time patient, I felt he knew my medical condition and history as well as if I were a long-term patient. His research of my chart gives me peace that I can trust he will provide the best care for me.
