One of the receptions was really rude when I told her I was willing to wait the 30min for my appointment. They were running behind and it seemed like she really wanted me to reschedule.

I understand that appointments can run behind at end of day. I was requested to arrive 15 minutes early to my 2:45 appointment, was told it would be about 5 minutes at 2:40, and wasn't brought to an exam room until 3:00. I saw the nurse in a few minutes and then waited until after 3:30 to see provider. My time is also valuable - in the future if the office is behind, I would appreciate better transparency. Perhaps you could inform patients to arrive slightly later if it is known the provider is behind schedule? That said, I did appreciate that my questions were answered and addressed during my visit.

I'd highly recommend Dr. McSorley. She is knowledgeable, attentive and cares about her patients.
