Honestly, one of the best experiences I had working a specialist in terms of feeling heard in a non judgmental and pro-active way. I felt time was used efficiently and information was clear. This goes for both the doctor and the nurse. I really appreciated the clarity and directness of the nurse who also addressed concerns in a supportive manner.
