This care provider was very good as usual. However, I would like to share my experience with the lab technician for my blood work. She was very short, almost rude; and she bruised my arm as a result of how she inserted the needle. It's frustrating as this is not the first time.

Dr. Baker listened carefully to my concerns and immediately put me at ease by explaining everything throughly in easy to understand terms. She presented several options and included me in the decision making process. Dr. Baker's knowledge, expertise, problem-solving skills, compassion, and calm demeanor were much appreciated.

Very knowledgeable, listens well and shows concern for well being.
