I appreciate that she takes every facet of my medical care seriously and makes certain that I get connected with needed providers. She follows up to keep me accountable, even personally calling me on weekends. Her manner is always warm and professional, and she takes seriously concerns that I might have. And I appreciate that she has evening appointments for those of us who do not have daytime flexibility.
