I was answering for a scheduler .

I had a 7:05a appointment but didn't see the doctor until 7:35 as she was stuck in traffic. That was stressful for me as I had 2 more appointments after and had to travel 25 minutes.

Amber was great. She was friendly and explained everything as it came up. She showed she cared and explained my meds and appointments that are coming up. Great job Amber. Thank you so much. ??

Pleasant staff all the way sound and thorough

The provider is very knowledgeable about me and my medical history. She explains things thoroughly and listens to my feedback. She asks me questions about my health conditions. She seems very concerned about negative changes and makes recommendations/referrals to correct any conditions that need attention. I usually come in with my own list of concerns/questions that she listens to attentively and addresses them appropriately by ordering appropriate testing/referrals or changes in medications with follow-up visits to check for future changes.

Dr Galla is very good.

My son was very comfortable with Dr. Galla.
