They treat you like and individual not just another patient, and they do show that they do care about you as an individual and do show respect for your questions and do take the time to respond to them using their experience and knowledge about you and your history.

Directions are to arrive 15 minutes before appointment. That time is spent WAITING! Waited 20 minutes to get into the office and another 15 for the doctor.
