Dr. Patel is highly knowledgeable and she took her time with the visit in detail. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know looking for a PCP.
Dr. Patel and the office staff are friendly, prompt, personable, knowledgeable---- need I say more? I had a long list of questions and Dr. Patel took time to make sure they were all addressed. Going to the doctor's office is not my favorite way to spend an afternoon, but leaving the office feeling respected and listened to feels great!

Dr Patel-Mehta and her Nurses always truly care and it shows! I used to shy away from doctors, but since I started coming here, that is not the case. They all make me feel so comfortable and make sure I am well informed.

I feel like the provider practices medicine in the newer way of checking all the corporate boxes. I do not feel like it is an individual approach but a very broad, big pharmacy approach. When I mentioned a couple of issues and solutions I have tried I received a condescending response. I also received an email response to a test I had taken. I had something I wanted to discuss but the email said the provider turned off the option for me to respond. I would love to holding a Dr that is about full body health and prevention for the individual. I'm just not sure that can exist with what is heading to be socialized medicine in America. Unfortunately, we as patients have to jump through all the necessary hoops for insurance to actually cover anything that may or may not help.
