Dr Raval was great. He was helpful and referrals especially to behavioral health. He's spoken Manor I understood. He was very kind.

I was told I had an upcoming appointment only to find later I had to schedule it myself.

Dr. Raval is a very nice, professional doctor.

Test results took longer than I expected

Sometimes i get confused where to go. Aurora BayCare Medical Center is a joint venture of Aurora Health Care and BayCare Clinic. Aurora Baycare, Aurora Health care (???) Medical center or Clinic, for people that don't go to doctor often this is confusing. I went to the Clinic once by mistake and a Nurse behind the Receptionist was very rude by stating loudly, " this is the CLINIC!. I said " wow thanks, I know that NOW! The receptionist said, it happens all the time. The Medical center is good about asking do you know who you are seeing and where to go. although the entrance could stand out better from outside, it blends into the building. The greenbay Aurora has 2 entrances, but one states Employees only after you walk up and pull the door handle. this sucks, but at least it narrows your choice to one door. Better signage outside and use arrows inside to direct people. how many people are late because they get confused trying to get to where they are going?

I went to the doctor because I had a sinus infection and needed some antibotics to help get rid of it. The doctor listened to what I had to day and took it from there. I would go to him again if my regular doctor wasn't available.
