I would like to say that the issue wasn't with the NP. The issue was back in the infusion center after being hooked up not one time did one nurse ask me if I needed anything. Not one time did a nurse come check on me. The next time I saw the RN was when it was time to disconnect from the IV.
Everyone I have come in contact with at Aurora has been outstanding. I would definitely recommend Aurora to anyone.
Informative
U need a more professional look in the office.
The Oncology center is very antiquate. It should be updated for a more pleasurable experience for patients receiving treatment for cancer. They also appear to be short staffed as most nurses appear as though they're in a rush, forgetting to get warm blankets when asked or snacks.
All good
The staff has always been very respectful and courteous.
My experience was very informative and very helpful
NP very knowledgeable about my status. Ariel went the extra mile and sought the opinion of another Dr to try to pin down source of my issue. She spends a lot of time interacting with me personally and it leaves me thinking positively because she does so.
Everyone was very helpful and kind
