Very good to see dr goel
It was my first visit to Dr Goel's office. She spent time listening to me. Dr. Goel made sure she had all previous medical records on my file. Everyone is friendly which made me feel comfortable.

It was a nice surprise to get my visit done quickly. It's usually at least 30-40 min wait in the waiting room & another 30min in the exam room before the doc comes in.
Dr. Goel is very proficient, but her scheduling needs expansion. She's too busy by herself.

I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment as requested. I was there at 10:45, my appointment was for 11:00. I was not seen by the Dr for 70 minutes after my appointment time. It would more respectful to communicate to patients about realistic wait times. At no time whatsoever were apologies offered or updates given for the extremely long wait time. There was absolutely no reason for me to be there 15 minutes before my appointment time! If I didn't like Dr so much, I would go someone else.
