Great doctor terrible reception area. We waited 1hour and 15 minutes after every one else was called.

I absolutely LOVE my doctor. Been with her since before she was with Advocate (when she first started out in private practice). She knows me, knows my family and all of our history (since my parents and even grandmother went to her). However, I am NOT a fan of the Advocate office practice she is currently in. To "corporate". You can't get an appointment at all for 3 months! The reason for my last/most recent visit was that I had to have my yearly Intermittent-FMLA paperwork filled out by her. I've ALWAYS filled in most of it & simply dropped it off for completion & her signature. When I went to the office to do this, front desk staff and office manager told me I had to have an office visit to have that done! And then they told me she didn't have any openings for 3 months! So Advocate wants to charge me an office visit now to have a couple forms filled out?!? Absurd. Not a happy consumer.

I have been a patient of Dr Goel since long before her association with this medical group and I am very satisfied with the care she provides.
