April is awesome and quite frankly the ONLY reason I am not transferring to a Bellin provider. Ever since Aurora was taken over by Advocate the customer service is terrible. You can not ever speak directly to the office of your provider. The people who answer the phones are usually rude and not compassionate whatsoever! If it wasn't for April I would NOT be an Aurora patient!

Dr Jensen is always there to answer your questions. Everytime I leave her office I feel good about my doctor to patient relationships. She never rushes you or doesn't give you time to discuss issues. I feel she is one of the best doctors I have had in a long time .

April is a fantastic provider. She is compassionate, knows her patients needs and very professional yet personal, great listener as well. Can tell she cares about her patients well-being from physical needs and emotional.
