Visit went excellent. I was there for cancer follow-up, but everyone showed concern and set up follow-up for blood tests that were irregular.

They usually see me in a timely manner, but this time they were 40 minutes late.

I originally, before my visit had trouble getting a ride in.... The ride services keep changing subcontractors but keep their same numbers. I was all worried about wasting the Lupron shot and I called the hospital and said I'll be there.... They said show up when you can. I always scheduled my rides an hour early because I'm used to boo boos. Eventually, I made it in time. But then my Lupron shot, the one that I was all worried about, was scheduled for a different date. So now I have to come back in 2 more weeks. I used to work in healthcare as a private CNA for years....BOO-BOOS like this make me cynical. Apparently I will have to coordinate everything myself through your doctors and your clerical staff so you don't make mistakes. THE REALLY SAD THING IS YOU DID NOT MAKE MY PRIMARY EMAIL.... You made PROMOTIONS EMAIL. This is what happens when WE get computer geeks trying to run a hospital. YOU HAVE DAMAGED YOURSELF. For somebody to go from primary email to promotions email really takes a bunch of screw-ups. Please consider this constructive criticism.... I will probably stick around but do some research.

I have received care from many doctors in multiple fields of expertise. Dr. Ruggeri and the medical team at Aurora Cancer Care, have "my back" so to speak, in that I am relaxed and believe I am getting the BEST treatment possible for my hi grade urothelial carcinoma. I have complete faith and trust Dr. Ruggeri totally.
