Provider was not very personable. He did not acknowledge my husband when he entered the room.

This was my first visit to Aurora. The entire staff from beginning to end were prompt, understanding, and helpful (and friendly). The doctor was wonderful and took extra steps to provide me with tools I needed for a successful recovery. I would highly recommend this doctor and had a very nice experience.
I am disappointed that my doctor cannot look up my 2 previous surgeries he preformed on me because of the new computer system.

Ortho visit was really impressive there. Very pleasant patient service reps, great 3rd year medical student and then Dr Ricci who I found to be very articulate and honest. He also listened and took his time explaining my diagnosis and his thoughts on next steps. While he could not help me, he offered alternative options for treatment and pain relief.
