I arrived 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment. An hour past my scheduled appointment had passed before I was called back. Be better. My time is valuable too! I can't be expected to wait all day to be seen for a scheduled appointment. If I was that late, Advocate would've canceled my appointment.
He is the best Doc. I hated going to the doctor before going to him

Doctor cipolla makes me feel heard as a patient and explains things so i understand and feel confident in my care. I never feel dismissed or rushed. I am glad he is my doctor as he is fantastic!!
He is always very helpful and ready to answer questions. He takes the time necessary and I never feel rushed.
I was never seen by the doctor. I waited in the exam room for almost 45 mins after the med asst took vitals and asked some questions. When he left, I was told the doctor would be in shortly. I finally had to leave to get back to work. I looked for someone to tell but there was nobody around. I have always had a positive experience with Dr Cipolla so I hope this was a bad day for this office.
