Everyone in the office was great

Dr. Cipolla continues to be a wonderful physician. I sincerely appreciate his willingness to listen to my medical issues and his explanations are always clear. I wish I could convey the degree of how rare that is nowadays. He is truly credit to his profession.

I really resent not being able to contact my doctor's office by phone directly...it took me 45 minutes by the time I talked to the person who answers the phone, get transferred to a nurse. talk to her and finally get permission to talk to a nurse in the doctors office and then get billed before I even see the doctor...SHAME on Advocate!!!!

Doctor Cipolla is Phenomenal. Explains everything without judgement and doesn't rush thru appointments. I will be seeing him as long as I am able to and am thankful for having such a good doctor.
