The Aurora Reception staff was very welcoming. Also, the Nurse for Dr. Nashid was truly amazing - Dr. Nashid was very informational & professional.
If the dr, is going to be delayed, for any reason the patient should be informed in a timely manner and not left sitting in the room for a half hour.
Make it easier to get to view all your information concerning appointments and lab result& letters. I don't even attempt to get into my account as I can't!

It was my first time seeing this doctor. I schedule a yearly appointment. I booked for 8:10am. Sat around until 8:35am. No excuse to be that off-time at the first appointment of the day.
