No, he is excellent. Your phone system is totally inadequate and not user friendly. I urge you to dial the 3700 and try to choose which number gets you to a person to schedule an appointment for a doctor or a lab test. Additionally, there is no option to seek help, like a real live person, or is there a default to do so. Hard to give "personal health care" and still hide behind automated answering machines.
