Both the doctor and the nurse explain things very well, the nurse told me exactly what was going on during the procedure. She told me what to expect. She did an awesome job.
Not only was he very informative but also very much tried to make me comfortable and showed compassion. The nurse that worked with him was absolutely the best. She was very caring and helped me to stay calm and it truly made this procedure so much easier. I'm usually anxious and don't handle these procedures this well. Hands down the best experience at Aurora. Thank you !
