I had a very good experience with my Medicare checkup. I learned some new things. He explained my colonoscopy report to me in an understandable manner.

I think Dr Lazaro is a great doctor & would have absolutely given him 5 stars across the board; however the LPN had no clue as to my medical history & was trying to give me a medical plan of action based on my visit with Dr Lazaro after he was finished seeing me, till I informed her about my cardio Doctor. My issue is the LPN not even reading my file/chart before seeing me to know my conditions. Info was passed on to my cardio Dr as expected & he has set my medical plan. I'm good with the doctors, just the staff needs to pay attention a little more to the patient if they're going to be part of treating the patient.

This dr saw me when I was unable to get an appointment with my primary provider. He was professional, thorough, and addressed my medical concerns. I would highly recommend his services. Thank you for the care provided and resolving my medical issues.
