Dr. Lazaro seemed very rushed. He seemed almost in a panic to get done with my appointment. I did not feel comfortable talking to him as I felt. I was delaying him as he wanted to get through the appointment. Ideally, I would've liked to spend a few minutes talking about my options or feel like he understood where I was coming from. But the encounter was way too short for that.

Dr. Lazaro is very thorough and very interested patient care. He is proactive and always seeking to find out answers to situations. He is a compassionate and caring physician, and asset to Aurora.

Couldn't get me out of his office soon enough and minimized my concerns. Did not do a thorough check up. He's never been like that before. Bad day?
