First time visit

I really enjoy a visit with Annette. I can discuss things with her and get good answers and treatment.

Annette answered all my questions and let me know what to expect going forward. She is a pleasure to work with.

I received way too many text/email messages about my appointment. They were all repeat of the same message. I received a message about completing my medical info online. I tried to enter my new medications online and wasn't able to. It would save the nurse time if I could enter this info before my appointment. I see physicians at Mercy and I receive a notice to complete my medical info. I can also review and change my medical info (including my medications). That is just another reason I left Aurora and do most of medical care with Mercy.
