Stop making me talk to someone in Illinois to make an appointment at a facility 5 miles from my home. It takes forever-I hung up once because I was on hold for so long. The 2nd time I waited 20 minutes to talk to someone. If you don't want me & many others to go to a different hospital system you need to fix this ASAP.
