I am one of the individuals who can't wear a mask and it always requires a lengthy explanation on my part explaining my plight. I do appreciate the understanding I was shown after explaining myself. I want to highlight the thorough care I was given when I was being seen by Anne. She was attentive and patient with my questions and never made me feel rushed.
