First off. The facility was clean and very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. The staff for the Dr. are great. They come into the room ready to do what they have to and always seem happy to be there to help you. The Dr. comes in the same way. She always concern to what you are there for. I'm happy to have her as my doctor. She's has taken care of my problem very well.

My years at Aurora has been excellent experience with one exception! The pharmacy at the main Aurora clinic in kenosha has the worst staff I have ever encountered. Rude, unorganized, I do not understand the vast difference between the pharmacy staff and the clinic and hospital staff and that is tge reason I have remained with another pharmacy even though it is inconvenient

She was very encouraging. Made me feel good about myself. She encouraged me to keep up the good work.
