Dr. Windsor is following me for a condition and doing a wonderful job. Her smile and listening skills always brighten my visits.

I did not experience any issues with my care provider or her assistant. When I was called, the assistant only called my first name which correct. I however monitor my surrounding whenever I visit the clinic. Based on my experience last year at the lab area, I did speak with manager and security personnel before this visit. The manager who took my name and phone number may give you information about our discussion. Note: There were no issues with my doctor or her assistant.

Dr. Windsor is the best ever. She's very gentle and very thorough and knowledgeable in everything she does. She also talks to you and explains things to where it's easy for you to understand. She always takes her time with you and gives you time to ask questions if you need and she will have the answer. She is so Awesome! I Love her and wouldn't trade for anything. ?

I misread my handwriting on my calendar, so was late on a very snowy day. They found a way to fit me in, which I really appreciated. Also, Dr Windsor is always very clear in answers to my questions, at the same time being very reassuring.
