Always feel better after I leave!

Dr Kleyman was persice in telling me what to expect and was informative. I was treated with respect.

All went good with my visit with Dr Anna. My concern with the clinic is that at the check out process the checkout employee was rude and treated me as though I was stupid. I don't know the clinic or it's processes. My past clinics made future appointments for other tests with me before leaving the clinic. Here the employee pointed at a number on my check out papers and said I needed to call here to schedule further appointments. Mamagram, lung CT, bone density, & colonoscopy is what I need. I am new to the area and clinic. I don't know where to go for these tests. The scheduling person that I was connected to on the phone didn't know any more than I did. She wasn't from the area either. I just don't feel it's proper for patients to have to deal with making our needed health appointments for tests. This should be done by the clinic with the patient.

This was my mother's first first with her new primary care provider, Dr. Anna Kleyman. Dr. Kleyman was kind, supportive and took great care in making mom feel comfortable and cared for ad also was attentive to her past medical history and to her current concerns and needs.
